Returns & Refunds Policy

At Eddy’s Emporium, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining a fair and transparent policy on cancellations and returns, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.


1. Returns Policy

  • We do not accept returns for unwanted items once sealed TCG or collectible products have been opened, due to their nature and value integrity. This is in line with exemptions under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
  • If you change your mind and the item is unopened and sealed, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Return shipping for preference-based cancellations (e.g. item no longer wanted) is the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned in their original, unused and sealed condition.
  • Once received and quality checked, we will issue a refund, minus any applicable administrative costs (see below).
  • If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have the right to reject it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act.
  • For change-of-mind returns, a restocking fee of 5% may be applied to cover card processing fees and handling costs.
    • This fee is not applied to faulty, or incorrect items.
  • Please contact us via our website contact form within 48 hours of delivery with:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the issue

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations can be requested before dispatch. If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to accommodate the request.
  • A reasonable administrative fee may be deducted. This helps cover non-refundable transaction charges imposed by our card payment provider when processing your original purchase and restocking.
    • In most instances this is a 5% of the total order, which will be deducted from the total refunded amount. Please note that this is handled on a case by case basis.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. The next step would be to request a return once it arrives.

3. Factory Defects

  • If a sealed product arrives with a manufacturer defect (e.g., misprints, missing cards, mispacks), please contact us. While manufacturers typically handle such cases, your statutory rights remain unaffected, and we will assist where possible.
