Shipping Policy

Welcome to Eddy’s Emporium! This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping procedures, delivery timeframes, and other important details regarding your order fulfilment.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Processing times may be extended during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We offer the following shipping options based on location and order size:

United Kingdom

  • Items Under £20 - Standard Shipping: (Royal Mail or Courier Service) – 2nd Class postage delivery service across all orders on the store.
    • Any order totalling over £20 will automatically be upgraded to 48 hour tracked delivery - e.g. Booster Packs and/or cards totalling over £20
  • Items Over £20 - Standard Tracked Shipping: (Royal Mail or Courier Service) – 48-hour tracked delivery service across all orders on the store.
    • Tracked Shipping – Used for high-value and bulky orders, with compensation and insurance included.
  • Estimations are on business working days only. This is dictated by the courier companies.
  • Postage Costs: Our postage costs may increase or decrease to be in line with pricing set by our couriers. We do not control this pricing. 

Please note: All individual cards priced £20 or more will automatically be sent via a tracked shipping method for insurance and peace of mind. These items are not eligible for the £0.99 standard postage.

International Shipping

  • We only ship internationally via our eBay store. Please be aware that this is managed and the responsibility of eBay’s Global Shipping Program.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
  • Delivery times vary based on destination and customs clearance processes.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on value, destination, and selected shipping method. Shipping rates are subject to change in line with any pricing changes set by our courier(s).
  • £0.99 shipping is available for single cards and booster packs under a value of £10. Cards or booster packs over this value are sent via tracked postage.
  • Standard Tracked Shipping is automatically applied to bulky items such as books, figures, and boxed products, including those under £10.

4. Order Tracking

  • Tracking is used for our standard shipping methods. Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has been dispatched.
  • If tracking is unavailable for a specific method, customers will be notified at checkout.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • We only use trusted couriers to deliver your order. While delays are rare, if your package is significantly delayed or goes missing in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue or offer a replacement or refund in line with your consumer rights.
  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us for assistance.
  • If an order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage for resolution. 

6. Address & Delivery Issues

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
  • If an incorrect address is provided and the order is returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
  • If an order is marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbours or your local post office before contacting us.

7. Restricted Locations

  • We currently do not ship to certain countries or regions due to shipping restrictions. 
  • If an order is placed from a restricted location, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.

8. Pre-Order Shipping

  • Pre-order items will be shipped on or shortly after their official release date.
  • Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will be held until the pre-order item is available, unless separate shipping is arranged.
