Card Condition

Our card conditions follow recognised trading card condition standards used across major marketplaces. The PSA grading scale is referenced as a general guide to help provide consistent condition descriptions. 

All cards are raw (ungraded) and have been individually assessed before listing. As with any ungraded card, we cannot guarantee a specific PSA grade, perfect centring, or the absence of minor factory imperfections.

Condition Guide:

• Near Mint or Better – Generally comparable to cards that achieve PSA 7+
• Excellent (Lightly Played) – Generally comparable to cards that achieve PSA 4–6
• Very Good (Moderately Played) – Generally comparable to cards that achieve PSA 2–4
• Poor (Heavily Played) – Generally comparable to cards that achieve PSA 1–2

These comparisons are provided as a guide only and are not a guarantee of any future grading outcome.

Why Eddy's Emporium Does Not Use "Gem Mint"

Even cards taken straight from booster packs can contain factory print lines, edge wear, centring variations, or other manufacturing imperfections. For this reason, we do not describe any raw (ungraded) cards as Gem Mint.

Every card dispatched will meet or exceed the advertised condition and quality stated in the listing. While our scans provide an accurate representation, some surface imperfections, bends, foil scratches, or edge wear—particularly on Excellent, Very Good, or Poor condition cards—may not always be fully visible in scanned images.
